Timeline

If you are interested in applying to Phoebe Hearst, please follow our admissions timeline.

September through December:

Take a tour of our school. When you complete your tour, you will receive an application for admission.

December 31:

Completed applications and fees are due. Financial aid applications are due by mid February.

Early March:

Acceptance letters to prospective families go into the mail. All other families receive a “Wait Pool” notification.
